Strategies

We may not be big enough to change the world, but we do have a clear idea of how we, within our means, can make a difference where we can. Because we want to drive the transition toward sustainable and circular business practices, we believe it’s important to have a concrete plan for how to make that happen—not just in theory, but in reality.

Enablers – how we make it happen

Collaboration, co-creation, and partnerships
We believe in collaboration, co-creation, and partnerships—they are powerful enablers of sustainable development. By surrounding ourselves with others who share our vision, we can make real change happen. For us, it’s not about who comes up with the best ideas. It’s about working together, learning from one another, and sharing best practices so that others can do the same.

Innovation
We believe in the power of innovation and see it as essential for solving many of the challenges we face. It’s about having the courage to try our own solutions, while also seeking inspiration and support from others.

Openness and transparency
We believe in openness and transparency and want to share our experiences so others can be inspired by our successes, learn from our mistakes, and better understand our challenges and ways of working.

Reporting
To realize our vision, we’ve established a number of goals and milestones to help us prioritize, measure, and ensure progress. We also promise to be honest and transparent in our reporting, sharing the status “as is.”

Communication and dialogue
We want to inspire others to make sustainable choices. We do this by communicating and sharing our knowledge and experiences. But knowledge evolves, and we’re well aware that we don’t always have all the answers. That’s why we want to open up for dialogue—with our customers, suppliers, employees, and anyone else who wants to contribute to positive change.

Community engagement
We actively engage in the local communities where we operate—not just because we can, but because we want to. The concerns of our communities are our concerns. That’s why we believe it’s important to contribute where we can and work toward an inclusive, equal, and fair society.
